About bEN
Ben is an experienced masterplanner, urban and residential designer who has worked with both the public and private sectors in the UK and abroad, as well as being an integral part of some local and national award-winning developments for planning and design.
He is the founding director of Cooper Baillie Limited and GREEN LANDSCAPE STUDIO. He has been responsible for the design and delivery of some of the south’s largest residential and mixed-planning applications. He is particularly adept at working with clients, local authorities, the public, and other stakeholders to find and secure the best solution for each individual site, as well as collaborating with other disciplines to achieve the best outcome possible.
in his spare time, HE VOLUNTEERS AS A SCHOOL GOVERNOR, AS WELL AS THE LOCAL SCOUT GROUP. HE enjoys travelling around the UK and abroad with his family, motorbiking, surfing, and enjoying the outdoors.
