Matt has been with Cooper Baillie for 9 years. He thrives on the integration of new TECHNOLOGY in the design process and within the formulation of his sketch layouts. BEFORE JOINING Cooper baillie, MATT WORKED FOR 6 YEARS alongside simon cooper, to better understand the economic and technical requirements to design.
his expertise is within large complicated masterplans across the south of England, such AS WEST OF CHICHESTER PHASE 2, AND IS UNDERPINNED BY WORKING AT A DETAILED LEVEL, ENSURING EVEN THE SITES' CONCEPTS have DELIVERABILITY in mind from the outset.
